Sal, I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I appreciate the repairs you made on my Walker Bay inflatable. I'm well aware that you had no obligation to take on this job, and if you had not, I have serious doubt that this problem would have ever been rectified correctly. Although it took a couple of attempts to correct the problem, all considering I felt fortunate that I had you on my side through this problematic period. Furthermore, the education I received from you regarding inflation and inflatables overall will be invaluable for me in the future. The modification you made to the scuppers so they would not fill the floor with water was just another example of you going the extra mile for me. 

Prior to me coming to Sal's Inflatables, I had heard of your stellar reputation in the inflatable industry throughout the bay and delta. The first time I spoke with you on the phone your knowledge, experience and demeanor impressed me. Your nickname "The Doctor" suits you well, and I call guys like you "old school", and that characteristic is hard to find these days, in my opinion. I plan on spending a lot of time in the delta during my retirement, and whenever I get the chance, I will highly recommend Sal's Inflatables to potential customers.
